We’ve created an environment that supports not only your technical development, but how you feel day to day — grounded, supported, and inspired in your work.
Our Associate Program
Our Associate Program is designed for newly licensed cosmetologists who want more than simply being placed behind the chair.
This is a 4–9 month, hands-on training experience working closely with our founder, Jessi, focused on:
• Building confidence behind the chair
• Mastering technical skills and consultations
• Learning how to grow and sustain your own clientele
During this time, associates also begin taking guests, allowing you to build real experience with guidance and support — not pressure.
Stylist Position
For established stylists ready for a more elevated environment, we offer the opportunity to grow within a space that values both artistry and balance.
Stylists with an existing clientele may begin taking guests immediately, while spending dedicated time each week working alongside our founder, Jessi to learn our systems, color lines, and approach to guest experience.
